Payment is expected at the time you place an order. I accepted payments via PayPal only.

Shipping Information
All items are made to order. And completed in the order received. All orders will be shipped USPS 1st Class (domestic and international) .
If you would like to upgrade to shipping Priority or Express Mail please contact me before placing your order.
Please see shop announcements for the current SHIPPING TIME FRAME. An automatic email from PayPal will be sent to you once order has been placed in the mail. This email will provide your tracking number. All orders are shipped the address listed on the sales invoice not the PayPal address.

Effective January 1, 2011, any order requested to be shipped before the shipping time frame will be charged a $5 per item fee. This fee DOES NOT include shipping upgrade.

I DO NOT offer a cash refund, however I guarantee the quality of all my hand-crocheted items. If the quality of an item is in question, please contact me ASAP

When you purchase one of my hats and find, once you receive it, that you ordered the wrong size...return it and I will send you the correct size for FREE
RULES:
Hat must be sent back within 7 days of purchase. Buyer will pay for shipping item back. This SIZE FIT GUARANTEE only applies one time on any one hat purchased.
**Offer applies on regular priced items ONLY!**

Because this item is custom made, exchanging it for a different color will NOT be permitted. Yarn colors may vary slightly due to current dye lots and computer monitor projections.
A store credit (30% of the item cost, not including shipping) will be issued within 48 hours. If the sizing of your custom made is wrong you are able to return it for a different size (same colors).

Hats & Clothing/Wearables: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, towel dry and lay flat to dry.
Booties, Dolls, Hair Clips & Pillows: Surface clean only!
