Shipping Information
Our Shipping Policy
We ship our products through the USA utilizing the U.S. Post Office Flat Rate Boxes. There are different sizes, which are explained on the USPS website https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail-flat.htm. Usually one product requires the medium box one, which costs $11.35 anywhere in the USA. Sometimes we use the medium box two, which costs the same $11.35 anywhere in the USA.
We try to reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, and we try to package about two to three products in one medium box. Thus reducing the cost of shipping for one product in a medium box to about $3.78 anywhere in the USA—not bad.
Often when individuals buy small products (jewelry or recycled glass beads) we use the small box, which costs $5.35 for anywhere in the USA.
For all paintings we only provide customized shipping. For a shipping quote please give us a call at (603)-321-3944 or e-mail us at info@africancraftstands.com. Please include the name of the painting and the shipping address.
For international orders please call or e-mail us.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Our Refund Policy
We will provide a refund for any product returned to our shipping address, provided below, if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. The amount of refund will be for the price paid for a product not including shipping cost. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customers. After thirty days we will no longer accept a product for refund.

African Craft Stands has a minimum order of $500 to qualify for wholesale discounts. Any order made up of any of our products, so long as the total reaches over $500, qualifies for a 35% discounts. Orders above $1000 qualify for a 50% discount and supplementary promotional materials.
At African Craft Stands we develop specialized materials for our products, such as brochures and other materials developed for each of our products. All wholesale orders above $1000 come with our promotional materials.
