Shipping Information
Shipping is via USPS First Class Priority Mail. Every order comes with tracking so you know how far along your item(s) are coming to you on any certain day until delivery.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Please remember, we want you to be happy with your order. Returns are accepted if item is damaged within seven days of delivery. That gives adequate time to ensure your happiness with a Mushroom Lady product.

Q: I saw a necklace I really liked but can't find it anymore. Do you know if it's still available?
A: Just ask! Chances are, we can probably get you one, but there are no guarantees. Some, especially the beads that are so desired might not be available. You let us know if a substitute is suitable for your needs.
Q: I'd like to know if you take special requests?
A: Yes, we do. It all depends on what it is though. Some necklaces just can not be made.
Q: I saw a necklace at one of your craft shows but it's nowhere on the page, can I still purchase it?
A: Not every necklace can be posted due to quantity restrictions and various other issues. Ask, and ye might receive.
