Shipping Information
Shipping is done through U S Postal service. Transit time - Domestic (2-6 days), International - (14-28 days) Orders shipped via US Mail are NOT available for claims. This means if the order shows as delived at USPS.com yet has not been received, we will not reship the order.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple contact us through email (www.craftisart.com/kozypetz or kozypetz@aol.com) to make arrangements for return. Ship the item back within 7 days to receive refund less shipping cost. No refunds on custom orders. We do not accept any returns for excessive pulling, scratching or chewing. Please remember it is your responsiblity to order the correct size collar. We want our customers to be satisfied and it will be important to email any questions you have before your item is shipped.
