Payment Information
Please remit payment at checkout unless we have previously made another agreement. There will never be tax or shipping charges added to any of your purchases.
Shipping Information
Free to everyone via email and/or messaging. Graphics will usually be sent in one or all of these formats;

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Every custom sale is eligible for a refund in full if you are not satisfied with your order. All pre made designs are not eligible after purchase for refund.

Sometimes I will use OOAK, (one of a kind) banners and graphics as examples on my website. http://www.graphicdesignbytara.com. In most cases with the banners I will link these directly to your Etsy shop. This is unless the banner is no longer visible in your shop or you specify to me you don't want this. None of your personal information will every be used by Graphic Design by Tara or given/sold to anyone else.
