We ask that you pay for your order once you have committed to buy. Payment is expected at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have not received payment within 24 hours.

Please, make sure that your address is correct and matches information on file with your credit card, because a single mistake may delay the processing of your order.

Carrier


We currently use primarily USPS shipping services: Priority Mail and First Class. Signature confirmation can be included into shipping upon request for additional fee. 


Time of shipment


Each order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days but we reserve the right to extend the processing time up to one week with prior notice.


Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified of tracking number by email address provided upon registration/checkout.


Delivery Time


We are not responsible for any delivery delays once product had left our facility. Approximate time of delivery can be checked with provided tracking number but is not guarantied.

Whenever possible, we use recycled and recyclable packing materials. We also use USPS eco friendly flat rate boxes.

Returning a Product


It is our mission to achieve excellence as a company and customer satisfaction is a must, that is why we are happy to now offer return service. All our products are hand made if any product is defective upon receipt, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days. You must contact us immediately within 48 hours after product delivery to your address. Garden of Holly takes care to pack products properly and securely. We are not responsible for damages during carrier handling and these issues have to be addressed directly to carrier.


Refunds


We will refund you the full purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 


Garden of Holly is proud to offer a line of beauty products and cleaning supplies that are nontoxic and synthetic free. All of our products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. We use only fresh organic, certified organic, and wild crafted ingredients. Only therapeutic grade essential oils are used in our products. Also, none of our materials are ever subjected to high heat. These facts, as well as obtaining almost 100% of our supplies from local suppliers, allows us to offer the most fresh and potent products possible. Our products are rich in minerals and vitamins readily absorbed by the skin. Here at Garden of Holly, we recognize that everything you put on your skin enters your body through your pores and is carried throughout your entire body by the circulatory system. That is the reason we never use any parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, synthetic preservatives, artificial fragrances or dyes.

It is my personal commitment to offer the best ingredients in my products possible. It is also my commitment to keep my prices in a range that most people can afford. I feel that everyone deserves organic healthy beautiful bodies and homes. Since I choose to use almost exclusively organic ingredients, my profit margin is slim. As an example regular almond oil is readily available for about $21.00 a gallon but I choose to use organic almond oil which runs about $110.00 a gallon. I feel this expense is worth it since it allows me to offer superior products that I can feel proud about. I know I only want the best for my body and my family, and since I use my own products exclusively they have to meet my own high standards.

Ingredients Policy


Storage

We have made the important decision to preserve all of our products using natural ingredients. Thus, we direct mail all of our products for optimal freshness. Unless otherwise noted products are best if used within six to 12 months. It is best to keep products in a cool
environment.

Appearance


Garden of Holly products are free from synthetic emulsifiers, synthetic flavors, fragrances and synthetic coloring agents. Thus, slight color fading, ingredient separation, flavor weakening may occur. Always shake or stir before use!


Formula changes


We reserve the right to adjust any product’s ingredient formula due to ingredient availability. We will post change on website immediately. Returning customers are advised to check list of ingredients every time.
