Welcome to CGW pens and pencils. We would like to make your transactions with us as painless and as efficient as possible. We are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and we will always try assist you in anyway possible. Please read our shipping and refunds policies for more details.

Shipping Information
Which shipping company do you use?
Shipping is done via Korean Standard PostService.
( EMS which includes a tracking number is optinal.)
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Only using EMS(option) of our items are shipped with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We definitely ship internationally.
Who is responsible for customs or duty fees?
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
When will my item be sent?
Your order will be shipped two working days after we have received payment. We will always do our best to ship items as quickly as is possible.
How do you package your work?
We take pride in our items and will package them with the due care that is necessary for them to arrive safely. All of our pens and pencils will be bubble wrapped and shipped in a secure cardboard box.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
What happens if an order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged?
We will do our best to try and find the item. If we are unable to retrieve your item then we will discuss resending an item of similar value to the original item purchased. If an item arrives damaged then we will either repair your purchase or offer an exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then we will gladly offer you the following options; a return and refund or an exchange. You have 7 days after receiving the purchase to request a refund or exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
